Job Purpose Summary: 

Onboarding new business within set timescales, managing and deepening client relationships and delivering exceptional service and support investment clients and

  • Deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients (within standard SLA turnaround times) and provide a tailored service.

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process and renewal process for Gibraltar Resident applications.
  • Provide timely weekly Management Information on status progress of new onboarding cases.

Sales Lead Qualifier

We are looking for an extraordinary individual to be part of our team in the role of Sales Lead Qualifier. This is a part-time role working from our office in Gibraltar or remotely. The role will involve some evening work.

The successful candidate must be highly energetic, with a strong mindset, empathetic and with a strong sales drive.

Job Purpose Summary: 

To take full responsibility for the conversion of enquiries into meetings and sales by promoting the company and extracting information from all prospects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with the Head of New Business Team, Marketing and Sales Teams to generate new revenue flows.
  • Generate new business via sales leads with a pre-agreed conversion rate to generate the desired revenue flows for the company.
  • Complete ‘Prospect’ revitalisation campaign with expected client conversion targets.

  • Lead with security trading including the communication with clients and trustees to ensure a speedy and accurate process.

  • Main point of contact for existing clients dealing with on-going servicing and admin support to the Directors.
