Business Support Executive

Project Manager (Financial Services)

Fiduciary Wealth are seeking exceptional applicants for the role of Project Manager within our Gibraltar office.

This role will involve supporting the Directors with the delivery of several ongoing and future projects. We are looking for someone with experience within Financial Services who has the knowledge and ability to talk on full responsibility for these tasks and execute in a timely manner.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Services
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in Financial Services or similar
  • Experience or knowledge of trading processes and funds
  • Proven track record in the delivery and execution of projects

Applicants must be comfortable working on their own and in collaboration with others to achieve results. Fiercely driven with a can-do attitude, the perfect candidate would be capable of taking on full responsibility for projects that they manage from conception to delivery. Comfortable dealing with people at all levels and having a commercial outlook to help grow our business.

The role requires flexibility and the successful candidate would need to be adaptable to contribute where business needs require. We are looking for someone who can take on the role and operate immediately without the need for extensive training.

The role is a full-time position but we are prepared to consider strong candidates looking for a temporary or on a part-time basis.

Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager based in our Gibraltar office.

This vacancy would suit someone looking to build on their career in Financial Services. The ideal candidate would have experience within this sector and have the drive and ambition required to work in a professional, fast-paced environment.

This role is very demanding, the candidate would need to be comfortable taking on individual responsibility while working as part of the overall team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and take responsibility for security trading
  • Research investment products to measure suitability for trading
  • Production of portfolio recommendations and additional reports
  • Management of small client accounts with a view to building their own client portfolio
  • Manage investment of monthly regular payments
  • Deal with a range of enquiries from existing clients and intermediaries
  • Assist with the conversion of prospects into fee paying clients
  • Use knowledge and experience to lead colleagues within the Client Services Team
  • Contribute and play a role in ongoing Business development
  • Ad hoc tasks to support Directors
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of small to medium projects
  • Provide admin support to Directors where required

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years experience, understanding and knowledge in Financial Services, specifically to pensions and investments
  • Previous experience as a junior IFA, paraplanner or similar desirable including fully qualified IFA
  • Worked in a sales environment in a client facing role
  • Knowledge of funds and trading process
  • Ideally some experience or knowledge of Bloomberg

Independent Financial Adviser

We are looking to recruit an exceptional IFA to contribute to the ongoing success of Fiduciary Wealth Management. 

The role will be to provide a range of tax led wealth management solutions, asset management and independent financial services to prospects and clients in accordance with agreed business plans. 

Key responsibilities:

  • To maintain and develop the size and quality of the prospects, clients and intermediary network base through the initiation of new relationships and deepening of existing ones in order to maximise income streams.

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by, telephone, email and personal visits.

  • Build profitable relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.

  • To advise clients across the whole spectrum of their wealth as well as discuss developments in the economy and financial markets.

  • Ensure all sales and regulatory data is accurately recorded and presented in a timely manner.

  • Lead and assist in the drafting of editorial content, blogs and adverts and any other related marketing activity

Personality

Self-driven, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on providing high quality advice. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with all types of prospects and clients. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. A good empathic communicator well presented, businesslike and accountable. Must be an excellent face-to-face, telephone and written communicator.  Able to demonstrate success and experience at achieving genuine sales targets in a financial services environment. Must possess relevant qualifications to satisfy regulatory requirements. Results driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a successful track record in sales.

Must be accurate, numerate, able to prioritise work and ensure new business is processed quickly and efficiently.

Communication Skills

Must be able to communicate clearly with management and colleagues to ensure objectives are achieved. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Expected to take an active role at team meetings to progress common goals.
