Business Support Executive

Sales Lead Qualifier 

We are looking for an extraordinary individual to be part of our team in the role of Sales Lead Qualifier within our Gibraltar office.

Job Purpose Summary:

To take responsibility for the full client on-boarding process. Screening and qualifying leads leading to the conversion of these and processing all on-boarding paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with the Head of New Business Team, Marketing and Sales Teams to generate new revenue flows.
  • Self-generate new referrals per annum with a pre-agreed conversion rate to generate the desired revenue flows for the company.
  • Complete ‘Prospect’ revitalisation campaign with expected client conversion.
  • Conduct thorough screening of marketing qualified leads for the Sales Team of all new enquiries.
  • Complete ‘Intermediary Outreach Programme’ to source new ‘Intermediary’ opportunities.
  • Sourcing of new ‘Agency’ opportunities
  • Using LinkedIn, generate new business contacts
  • Ongoing outreach programme of TrustPilot reviews on the company’s website.
  • Full completion of the company’s standard documentation in respect of ‘new client onboarding’.
  • Compile and maintain accurate and up to date database of pricing and products
  • Compile and maintain suite of relevant standard letters of advice for the various products and services
  • Provide cover across all roles within the New Business Team during holidays and absences

We are seeking an exceptional applicant for the role of ‘Business Support Executive' within our Gibraltar office.

Job Purpose Summary: 

To support all areas of the business where required to deliver results for the company and our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients (within standard SLA turnaround times) and provide a tailored service.
  • Contribute to the timely onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide support to the Compliance Manager where required.
  • Assist with security trading including the communication with clients and trustees to ensure a speedy and accurate process.

We are seeking an exceptional applicant for the role of 'Financial Adviser' based from our Gibraltar office although you will spend the majority of your time in Spain developing new partnerships, driving new business and closing leads.

Job Purpose Summary: 

To provide a range of tax led wealth management solutions, asset management and independent financial services to prospects and clients in accordance with agreed business plans.

The role is expected to have a strong focus on identifying new business and new revenue streams.

  • Maintain and develop the size and quality of the prospects, clients and intermediary network through the initiation of new relationships and deepening of existing ones in order to maximise income streams.
