Sales Lead Qualifier

We are looking for an extraordinary individual to be part of our team in the role of Sales Lead Qualifier. This is a part-time role working from our office in Gibraltar or remotely. The role will involve some evening work.

The successful candidate must be highly energetic, with a strong mindset, empathetic and with a strong sales drive.

Job Purpose Summary: 

To take full responsibility for the conversion of enquiries into meetings and sales by promoting the company and extracting information from all prospects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with the Head of New Business Team, Marketing and Sales Teams to generate new revenue flows.
  • Generate new business via sales leads with a pre-agreed conversion rate to generate the desired revenue flows for the company.
  • Complete ‘Prospect’ revitalisation campaign with expected client conversion targets.
  • Conduct thorough screening of marketing qualified leads for the Sales Team.
  • Complete ‘Intermediary Outreach Programme’ to source new ‘Intermediary’ opportunities.
  • Ongoing outreach programme of TrustPilot reviews on the company’s website.
  • Provide cover across all roles within the New Business Team during holidays and absences where required.

We are seeking an exceptional applicant for the role of ‘Relationship Manager' within our Gibraltar office.

Job Purpose Summary: 

To take full ownership for the client experience to deliver results for the company and our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to existing clients (within standard SLA turnaround times).
  • Assist with the onboarding of clients where required including the drafting of suitability letters.
  • Lead with security trading including the communication with clients and trustees to ensure a speedy and accurate process.
  • Research products, providers and investment funds. 
  • Liaise with 3rd parties to provide solutions for clients and prospects.

  • Main point of contact for existing clients dealing with on-going servicing and admin support to the Directors.

To take responsibility for the full client on-boarding process. Screening and qualifying leads leading to the conversion of these and processing all on-boarding paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with the Head of New Business Team, Marketing and Sales Teams to generate new revenue flows.
  • Self-generate new referrals per annum with a pre-agreed conversion rate to generate the desired revenue flows for the company.
  • Complete ‘Prospect’ revitalisation campaign with expected client conversion.
