Business Support Executive

Business Support Executive

Fiduciary Wealth are seeking exceptional applicants for the role of Business Support Executive within our Gibraltar office.

This is a varied role which will include supporting multiples areas of the business. We are looking for someone with experience within Financial Services who has the knowledge and ability to take on responsibility for these tasks and execute in a timely manner.


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services, ideally administration. Specifically experience of Pension Transfers and Direct Investment portfolios or similar
  • Proven track record in delivery and executions of projects, with a hardworking focused mindset
  • Previous experience of dealing directly with clients


Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen prospects for suitability
  • Complete the onboarding of clients from start to finish
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and within internal company SLAs
  • Help promote products to potential clients
  • Make outbound calls to clients and chase product providers
  • Process the setting up and completion of new agency applications
  • Provide admin support to Directors where required
  • Use Sales Navigator to identify prospects
  • Assist other areas of the business where required




You will be comfortable working on your own and in collaboration with others to achieve results. You will require a Fiercely driven, can-do attitude and be at ease when taking full responsibility for the completion of tasks with minimal supervision. You will need to be incredibly well organised with an impeccable attention to detail to be able to meet strict deadlines.


You will be a problem solver, able to think outside the box and use common sense to resolve barriers to success. This role requires someone with fluent English as you will be dealing directly with prospects, clients and third parties.


This role requires flexibility and the successful candidate would need to be adaptable to contribute where business needs require. The ideal applicant would be ambitious, hard-working, driven with a clear focus on delivering a high quality and accurate performance.

Client Services Executive

Fiduciary Wealth are seeking exceptional applicants for the role of 'Client Services Executive' within our Gibraltar office.

Job Purpose Summary:

To provide on-going logistical support in the management of existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide client support to all existing clients on all non-advisory matters ensuring company SLAs are met.

Management of client requests to enhance relationships and to ensure first class client service provided.

Liaise with product and service providers to ensure best outcomes for clients.

Communicate clearly with all colleagues to ensure business goals are achieved.

Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner.

Manage ad hoc and regular withdrawals.

Lead on security trading assisted by colleagues where required.

Assist in posting of documents including quarterly valuations to client portals.

Management of small client portfolios.

Provide admin support to Directors where required.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior client relationship manager including support with technical knowledge and direction throughout trading.

Contribute technical knowledge on UK products including pensions to the team where required.

Processing Corporate actions.

Communicate with external providers and platforms regarding ad hoc and regular requests pertaining to client matters and ensure that they are pushed to deliver fast turnarounds to satisfy internal SLAs

Action in-specie transfers inclusive of transfer of trustees for clients.

Make outbound calls to clients to chase return of documents and acceptance of trading recommendations.

Manage investment of monthly regular payments.

Ensure that internal client database is kept updated and accurate.

Process paperwork and manage procedures for deceased clients.

Ad hoc tasks to support Directors including the research of investments funds using Bloomberg.

Produce portfolio analysis reports on external investment portfolios.

Create PDF client investment portfolios to issue to new clients.

Collate quarterly research material.




Self-driven, ambitious, energetic, results-oriented, willing to go the extra mile, ethical, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving goals. Capable and comfortable in taking responsibility to achieve desired outcomes and to support Junior Client Relationship Manager.


Experience and understanding in Financial Services, specifically to pensions and investments with a minimum 5 years industry experience. Worked previously in a client facing role. Knowledge of funds and investments.

Communication Skills

A good empathic communicator, comfortable talking to HNW clients and able to understand issues and how these can be resolved. Able to communicate clearly and firmly to external parties to ensure that our internal SLAs are met. Expected to take an active role at team meetings and be an enthusiastic team member who participates and contributes ideas at team meetings to progress common goals. Should be comfortable across all forms of communication.

Organizational Skills

They must be accurate, numerate and able to prioritize work to ensure delivery is produced efficiently and accurately. The individual should be commercially thinking with a client first approach.

Problem Solving Skills

Able to think logically to find solutions to a variety of issues. Able to research options to assess and identify workable solutions in response to client queries.

Team Player

Mature individual who is comfortable dealing with people at all levels within the organization including senior management. Must be responsible, honest, trustworthy, tolerant and a good communicator who can empathize and get on with others and work as part of a team.

Business Development Manager

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Business Development Manager to contribute to the ongoing success of Fiduciary Wealth Management.

The role will be to source business opportunities and drive enquiries that will convert to paying clients for the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships and introducers that produce a regular stream of clients in addition to nurturing existing relationships.

  • Convert leads and enquiries to paying customers.

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.

  • Produce marketing content and material to drive website visitors.

  • Provide relationship support to existing clients.

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of trading.

  • Ad hoc tasks where the company requires.

  • To maintain and develop the size and quality of the prospects, clients and intermediary network base through the initiation of new relationships and deepening of existing ones in order to maximise income streams.

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by, telephone, email and personal visits.

  • Build profitable relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.

  • To advise clients across the whole spectrum of their wealth as well as discuss developments in the economy and financial markets.

  • Ensure all sales and regulatory data is accurately recorded and presented in a timely manner.

  • Lead and assist in the drafting of editorial content, blogs and adverts and any other related marketing activity
